Feedback, Concerns and Complaints

At St Simon’s Catholic Primary School, we value the views of our pupils, parents, carers and wider community. We believe that open and positive communication is essential in helping us provide the very best education and care for our children.

We welcome feedback and suggestions, as these help us celebrate what we do well and identify areas where we can continue to improve. If you have a concern, we ask you to contact the school as soon as possible so that we can work together to find a solution promptly and effectively.

In most cases, concerns can be resolved quickly through informal discussion with your child’s class teacher or a member of the leadership team. We are committed to listening carefully, treating all concerns seriously, and responding in a fair, respectful and timely manner.

If a matter cannot be resolved informally, parents and carers may choose to follow the school’s formal Complaints Procedure. Please contact our office for a copy of our Complaints Policy which provides full details of the process and timescales involved.

Our aim is always to work in partnership with families, guided by our Catholic values of respect, honesty, compassion and dignity, ensuring that every member of our school community feels heard, valued and supported.

To discuss a concern, provide feedback or request further information, please contact the school office: office@st-simons-ashford.kcsp.org.uk
